Time for a change... I can help you with stress, low self-esteem, trauma, phobias, anxiety, quitting smoking,
pain and much more.
I have 12 years of experience with hypnosis and about 40 years of experience with therapy in general. My main focus is on people who are struggling in life. Most often, this involves pain, stress, low self-esteem, issues with boundaries, and finding one’s sense of self.
People experience hypnosis differently, but most describe it as being very engrossed in a movie or a book. Many are also surprised because they expected to be “completely out of it”—that’s a common misconception.
...something you don't want?
No, I can’t. If you experience something you don’t want, you’ll immediately snap out of the hypnosis, or your mind will simply reject any suggestion I make if it doesn’t feel right. So there’s no need to worry about that.
Yes, you’ll remember everything afterward. However, after a while, you may forget the exact details of what happened during the hypnosis. That’s why I always recommend that you write down your experience immediately after the session.
Hypnosis can be used to address a wide variety of issues, but generally speaking, it can be used to treat nearly all mental health problems, such as trauma, stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, sugar cravings, weight loss, and more.
It depends on what you need help with.
Quitting smoking takes just one session, and so does treating phobias. Old childhood traumas typically take four to five sessions, but then again, you’ve been carrying those around for many years.
